Harbor Communications, LLC — Represented Uniti Fiber Holdings, Inc. and Southern Light, LLC at the December 2019 federal civil jury trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Kristi K. DuBose in Mobile. Harbor Communications alleged that Uniti Fiber had refused to deliver dark fiber under contract and that, as a result, Harbor was unable to complete a sale of its dark-fiber assets to CSpire valued in excess of $10,000,000.
