Uniti Fiber Holdings, Inc. & Southern Light, LLC v. Harbor Communications, LLC β€” Represented Uniti Fiber Holdings, Inc. and Southern Light, LLC at the December 2019 federal civil jury trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Kristi K. DuBose in Mobile. Harbor Communications alleged that Uniti Fiber had refused to deliver dark fiber under contract and that, as a result, Harbor was unable to complete a sale of its dark-fiber assets to CSpire valued in excess of $10,000,000.

Result: Defense verdict and counterclaim verdict for money damages in favor of Uniti Fiber Holdings and Southern Light. (S.D. Ala. 2019.) Verdict documents (PDF) β†’

Uniti Fiber Holdings β€” AAA Arbitration (2020). Initiated AAA arbitration seeking a declaratory judgment, applying New York contract-law principles in the Atlanta forum. Successfully protected Uniti Fiber Holdings against the illegal imposition of pass-through charges not permitted under contract.
